Wig Trimming Service

Wig trimming is individually tailored; therefore, pricing is confirmed upon consultation, based on the specific trimming requirements and number of units.

Wig trimming does not include fitting. We kindly recommend arriving with your wig already fitted. Alternatively, if you would prefer to apply it in the salon, please bring your wig accessories and we will be delighted to accommodate you.

If you are bringing more than one wig, we kindly ask that any lace front wigs are brought already fitted.

If you plan to bring multiple wigs, kindly inform us in advance of the quantity so we can allocate sufficient time for your appointment.

Guidance & Tips

If you are unsure how to properly apply or wear your wig, we have a selection of helpful tips and video guides available to support you and build your confidence.

The best way to apply a wig involves prepping your natural hair to be flat, using a wig cap, and utilizing a wig grip for comfort or adhesives for security. Key steps include positioning the wig four fingers from the brow, aligning the ear tabs, and securing the nape for a natural look.

Step-by-Step Application Method:

  • Prepare Your Natural Hair: Flatten your hair using pin curls, braids, or a sleek ponytail. Apply a skin-toned wig cap to create a smooth, secure base.
  • Secure the Wig: Use a wig grip band to hold the wig in place comfortably without clips.
  • Position the Wig: Hold the wig at the nape, tilt your head forward, and place the front of the wig at your natural hairline.
  • Adjust and Blend: Slide the wig on from front to back. Position the ear tabs just in front of your ears (not directly on them) and align the lace front, roughly four fingers down from your eyebrow.
  • Finalize the Look: Adjust the straps at the back for a snug fit. Use a hot comb and wax stick to flatten the top.

Important Tips for Success

Wig Grips are recommended for comfort and to prevent headaches caused by clips. Lace Fronts can be secured with spray or adhesive, ensuring the lace is cut carefully.
